Terms of Use

OffsureIT Solutions (hereinafter, the "Terms"), are entered into by the customer. By signing these Terms or any document that references or accepts these Terms electronically, the customer agrees to the Terms and conditions outlined by OffsureIT Solutions (hereinafter, "Offsure") in connection with the services provided by OffsureIT Solutions to the customer. These Terms govern the web and mobile development, digital marketing, and SEO/SEM campaigns (hereinafter, "Campaign") executed between OffsureIT and the Customer.

1. Policies

Campaign use is subject to all applicable OffsureIT Solutions ad specification requirements and policies. OffsureIT Solutions may modify policies at any time. All communication must be directed to OffsureIT Solutions regarding the Customer's Campaign via email to info@offsureit.com. OffsureIT Solutions reserves the right to modify ad copy and structure to comply with industry best practices and platform-specific requirements.

2. The Campaign

OffsureIT Solutions will execute digital marketing and/or development campaigns as specified in the agreement. Services may include but are not limited to website/app development, SEO, SEM, link building, content marketing, social media marketing, and related services. OffsureIT Solutions may take up to 30 calendar days from payment date to commence service delivery.

OffsureIT Solutions is not responsible for service delays caused by the Customer's failure to provide necessary access credentials (e.g., FTP, CMS login, domain control). Failure to provide such access may result in delays or inability to perform services. No refunds will be issued due to Customer's failure to cooperate.

OffsureIT Solutions does not guarantee specific rankings or positions on search engines, nor does it guarantee appearance of content/assets on third-party platforms due to policies beyond Offsure's control.

Service progress reports are available upon request or if explicitly stated in the service agreement.

3. Renewal

Campaigns are subject to automatic renewal under the same terms as the original agreement unless otherwise stated. Payment details provided will be used for renewal unless updated.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations within 24 hours of payment will receive a full refund if requested in writing via email to info@offsureit.com. Beyond 24 hours, the Customer may be entitled to a partial refund.

Cancellation must be submitted in writing. Setup fees and full monthly fees for all completed or partial months will apply. Services will continue through all prepaid periods unless otherwise requested. Offsure may modify campaign details and pricing with one-week prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of these changes.

5. Prohibited Uses; License Grant

Customer shall not use services for any illegal purposes or promote prohibited content. Customer grants OffsureIT Solutions all necessary rights to use its branding, trademarks and content for campaign purposes. Customer confirms that all information provided is accurate and lawful. Violations may result in immediate termination without notice.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Offsure disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Offsure's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the services provided. Offsure is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside its control.

7. Agency

Customer represents that it has full authority to enter into this agreement and act on behalf of any third party involved.

8. Payment

Customer agrees to pay all charges as outlined in the contract in USD equivalent. Services will be suspended for non-payment after 7 days of failed payment notice. All outstanding payments are subject to collection and legal action. Offsure may share payment details with third-party processors for payment execution only.

9. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify Offsure from any third-party claims arising from the Campaign, including breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.
