Sales Data
The app allows sales reps to see account information and sales data directly in the application.
Automated Calculations
Our powerful backend technology allows us to perform industry standard calculations that are complex and customized. See details such as bottles/cases lost or gained for specific time periods.
Chat
Management and field sales reps can conveniently chat with each other within the app. Chats are able to be searched by ‘rep’ or by ‘account’. Productivity will skyrocket due to the efficiency of real time communication.
Mapping
The map is a visual representation of active Accounts and Opportunities. By clicking on map pins, sales reps can easily see account sales volumes or view volumes of potential customers – to recognize nearby opportunities.
Updated Bar Menus
Barfolio maintains updated records for Bar Menus. The application also allows field reps to maintain bar menu records on their own so their teams can always see the latest date relevant to their own brand.
Activity Tracking
Barfolio allows field sales reps to input all interactions with their customers. This increases account continuity as sales reps leave or get shifted to other positions within the company.
Scheduling
Each sales rep has the capability to manage their account visitation schedule. This tool allows reps to build out their calendar weeks in advance so management will know what they are doing week to week.
