Barry proudly serves as the Principal and Founder of Offsure Software Solutions. He has been tapped to develop applications for some of America's most presigious accelerator programs like Founders Space (San Francisco), StartX (Stanford University), Capital Factory (Austin), and Accelerate VI (US Virgin Islands). Some notable victories that Mr. Johnson has attributed to include, but not limited to, the following applications Cyborg (Active: Fitness), Pasture Map (Active: Ranching), Live Undiscovered Music (Active: Independent Music), WigWag (Acquired: iOT Devices), Laundris (Active: Commercial Laundry Analytics), and TapNSell (Inactive: P2P Marketplace), and many more in the pipeline.
He is especially proud to be a wholly Black Owned, Black Operated application development firm; breaking the stigma of what it takes to become successful in the tech sector, while leaving a blueprint for others to follow.
Prior to founding OffsureIT, he previously held application development and/or quality assurance positions at Sungard Consulting, Countrywide, and Bank of America. Barry has a BBA in Business Analysis (MIS) from Texas A&M in Bryan-College Station and an MBA from Colorado Technical University. He currently resides in Austin, Texas with his wife Patricia, and children.

Eric has over a decade of experience building and scaling tech businesses. When not working on Offsureit, he’s busy running an early-stage Accelerator Program in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Prior to his Accelerator Program, Eric was Co-Founder and CEO of Oliver Technologies, an enterprise software company that helps financial institutions scale legal models with real-time vendor collaboration and centralized compliance. Eric was also Co-founder of the venture capital backed YCombinator (S14) company, Local Lift, which specialized in alternative lending for small businesses through an online marketplace platform. Prior to entering the world of entrepreneurship, Eric worked as a Strategy & Operations Consultant for Deloitte Consulting, working on a variety of projects for Fortune 500 companies.
Eric has a BBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas in Austin and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Eric currently resides in St. Croix with his wife and two daughters.
