Job Description:

The role of the Senior Project Manager is to lead large and complex projects and to take responsibility for the achievement of the agreed goals and objectives. A Senior Project Manager will spend the majority of their time project managing a large or strategically important project, which may be part of a program. The key differentiator will be their project management skills. Whilst probably using established methodology and processes, the Senior Project Manager is moulding them to provide a better solution.

Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
• Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.
• Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and client service standards; resolving problems.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Own the communication and execution of solution hand-over to client services, service delivery, technology and other team members at designated milestones.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills on all levels.
• Excellent analytical skills to discuss problems, analyze solutions/options, evaluate and enable improved processes.

Requirements:

• Relevant Experience - Project Management: 5 years + on Agile
• Experience in make Milestone of Projects and Breakdown.
• Experience in development projects is a must.
• Experience in Project planning, monitoring and control.
• Estimation and Deployment planning
• Risks/issues planning, identification and resolution
• Excellent Communication and Written Skills

Qualification:

B.Tech/BA+MBA degree, Engineering or a related subject.
